I feel like I am really getting a lot of it especially mentally and spiritually. I haven't felt this good in a very long time.
DeleteI am glad to hear that you are mentally and spiritually well this week. I enjoyed the class exercise so much. I thought that we should have a similar exercise as a group in class! Probably would take up too much time. I once participated in a tai chi continuing education class. It is very relaxing and helps to loosen up those pesky tight muscles.
