Re-train My Brain.....

OK….beginning today I will consciously make an effort to think and feel positive mentally, physically and emotionally. I am on the path to re-train my brain!

“The power of our mind can transcend physical space to affect the body, mind and spirit of all those we touch” (Dacher, p.23 2006).

My first thought this morning was “ugh, I’m so tired I don't want to get up” but I quickly changed my thoughts to “no I’m not tired, it’s Friday and I am going to feel good today"…so far so good! This will be very challenging but I know it will be well worth it.

Thanks for reading! :-)

  1. Very inspiring! I believe I will follow in your footsteps and give positive thinking a try. After all, what harm can come from it?

  2. This is so true..its all about the law of attraction. We transmit positive and negative energy. When you transmit positive energy, the result will be positive, at the same time if you transmit negative energy the result will be negative. If you have not yet seen or read the the book "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne I highly recommended it

    1. Hey Laurie,

Exactly, the law of attraction! Attract anything you want (good/positive)…believe it, say it. It will happen.

Thanks for the tip on the book. I haven’t read it yet.

  3. Hello Lori.

I enjoyed and thought it was brilliant that you used a quote from the text. I found it very interesting when reading the first chapter in the Integral Health book where the author spoke about how lucky we all are to have been born human. There are so many other living things on this planet and we have the opportunity to be at the top of the food chain, if you will. That inspired me very much when reading. I look forward to seeing what else this course has to offer. I have subscribed to your feed and look forward to hearing what you have to say.

    1. Hi Sean, thanks for subscribing. I really appreciate it. I’m enjoying our book. I’m learning quite a bit. I’m also finding it very helpful.

“If we want a more profound health and life, we must believe in its possibility and then learn how to develop our consciousness” (Dacher, 2006 p. 9).
